Who’s it for?

In short…everyone!

Whether you’ve got experience or you’re starting trail running for the very first time, this retreat is for anyone who wants to move, connect with others and spend time outdoors.

You don’t need to be fast or super fit – just open to being part of something uplifting, supportive and likely quite muddy.

If you’re unsure if it’s right for you, get in touch – Lydia is more than happy to chat it through.
